I work in the South Glos / North Bristol / Wotton area as a qualified Reflexologist and Complementary Therapist,
 Baby Massage and Baby Reflex Instructor.

I have a particular interest in Reflexology.
I am experienced with Vertical Reflexology (VRT); Advanced Reflexology techniques; 
and 'Gentle Touch'™ techniques

I work from The Gazeley Clinic in Iron Acton , and am also Mobile to visit your home

Whichever treatment you choose, my approach will be 'Holistic' - treating the 'whole person' - and will be tailored to your individual needs.  
All treatments aim to stimulate your body's own ability to heal itself both physically and emotionally, and to leave you feeling relaxed but revitalised.

Complementary Therapies are often used now alongside conventional care in hospices, hospitals and other healthcare settings, but should not be used in place of conventional medical care. Always consult a GP or other health professional for medical attention and advice.

About me

I am a member of the 'Federation of Holistic Therapists'  www.fht.org.uk , and work under their Code of Ethics. 
As such, I am committed to continued professional development, and enjoy keeping up to date with new ideas and treatments.

I have had over 25 years experience as a qualified Nurse in many areas of healthcare. I have always been interested in the gentle art of Complementary Therapies, and feel they are even more relevant in our stressful lives today. 
I have recently retired from Nursing, so I can now concentrate on practicing as a Complementary Therapist.

I have a particular interest in Reflexology, and have attended many 'post graduate' courses and seminars to build on my skills.
